N-糖组质谱分析新方法

【摘要】

：

蛋白质的糖基化是最重要和最普遍的蛋白质翻译后修饰之一，在生物体内起着极为重要的作用。[1] 糖链结构的改变等与许多疾病密切相关，因此糖组学研究已经成为一个新的热点。[2]生物质谱技术的出现，使得糖链分析的规模和速度都明显提升。但由于相比于肽段和蛋白质，糖链在质谱中的离子化效率低，糖链本身含量也较一些高丰度蛋白质低。因此，发展N-糖组的质谱分析新方法十分必要。
