本文对日本作家野间宏的作品《脸上的红月亮》进行结构主义的表层和深层分析,新批评的“象征”、“悖论”、“张力”、“含混”手法运用的分析,新历史主义的“颠覆”与“抑制”概念的运用分析,思考作品的意义和作者的创作意图。即作品的意义在揭露战争对于人性的扭曲,促使读者思考人性;作者的创作意图在于宣泄大众的战争伤痛,并把它控制在不会带来实质性效果的范围之内。
