静电纺技术作为一种快速制备纳米纤维的方法,近几年已广泛应用于组织工程,药物载体等领域.其中,纳米纤维在作为药物载体方面,已有许多控制释放技术问世.如乳液纺,同轴纺技术可以将药物载入具有核壳结构的纳米纤维的核层.
