　　The work in government project post-evaluation has made great progress in the past 20 years,but there are still many problems in it.The paper analyzes the present problems and reasons existing in the postevaluation,and advises to establish network strategic alliance of government project to promote the development of the project post-evaluation,then the paper reports the basic alliance structure,the operation platform and the advantages of post-evaluation in the network strategic alliance environment in order to provide the references for post-evaluation.
