目的 分析微创侧入路椎间融合与后路短节段椎弓根螺钉对累及三柱胸腰段骨折的疗效。方法：选取我院2011年8月至2012年8月收治的30例累及三柱胸腰段骨折的患者为研究对象，患者初期均接受后路短节段椎弓根螺钉内固定，术后2周再接受微创侧入路椎间融合术以重建前后柱的稳定性。
