Angelica sinensis polysaccharide (ASP), one of the active components isolated from Angelica sinensis, being found to be effective in enhancing hematopoiesis, anti-tumor and liver-protect.80% of the liver volume is occupied by parenchymal cells, are the chief functional cells of the liver and perform an astonishing number of metabolic, endocrine and secretory functions.nonparenchymal liver cells, constituting 40% of the total number of liver cells.
