　　Various mammalian species have been used for research on somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT).The bovine oocyte is an excellent model for establishing comparable biological parameters for SCNT.The aim of this study was to create a bioassay for SCNT procedures by using enucleated bovine oocytes fused with human somatic cells.Matured bovine oocytes were denuded and randomly treated either for enucleation and SCNT or parthenogenesis.
