Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)配合物对肝癌肿瘤细胞生物活性研究

过渡金属配合物作为潜在的抗肿瘤药物在抗肿瘤活性方面展现出优良的性能[1-3].本研究中,利用溶剂热方法合成了两个Cu(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)配合物,对它们的结构进行了表征,并对其生物活性进行了探究.细胞活力实验表明Cu(Ⅱ)配合物1 对人肝癌细胞SMMC 7721 细胞具有较好的细胞毒性(IC50= 39.2±1.47μM,72h).
