目的 调查分析NDM-1 基因在不动杆菌属菌株中的分布情况。方法 收集亚胺培南耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌25 株，非鲍曼不动杆菌5 株(分别为琼氏不动杆菌2 株和洛菲不动杆菌3 株)；改良Hodge 试验及双纸片协同试验进行碳青霉烯酶表型筛选；PCR 和DNA 测序方法检测碳青霉烯酶基因；接合试验探讨耐药基因的可传递性；PFGE 调查菌株的同源性。
