【摘 要】
:
目的 急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction)是一类严重损害着人类健康的疾病.急性心肌梗死后心肌细胞缺血坏死、疤痕形成,继之发生的左室重构、心力衰竭.目前已有实验证明,心脏干细胞移植治疗可以使心肌梗死后心肌细胞的再生和改善微血管微环境.但心脏来源的干细胞目前尚无统一的、特异的表面标志物.研究报道CD51在睾丸、心脏等器官均有表达,并且随着年龄的增长,其表达量逐渐减少.
