由于影响金属材料断裂韧性的测量不确定度评定的因素比较多,不同人员认识到的影响因素也有差异,因此其评定还处于初级阶段。本文从试验方法上对金属材料断裂韧性KIC的测量不确定度进行了评定,从试验机等级、试样尺寸测量、试验人员、引伸计等方面对引起不确定性的因素进行了详细讨论和计算。评定过程没有考虑材料不均匀带来的影响。指出影响断裂韧性测量不确定度大小的最主要因素是力值和f(a/W)的测量误差,其中试验机的等级和人员技术水平又是主要因素。
As the impact of the determination of the fracture toughness of the metal material uncertainty in the evaluation of many factors, different personnel aware of the influencing factors are also different, so its assessment is still in its infancy. In this paper, the measurement uncertainty of the fracture toughness KIC of metal materials is evaluated from the test method. The factors causing the uncertainty are discussed and calculated in detail from the aspects of the testing machine grade, the sample size measurement, the experimenter and the extensometer, etc. . The assessment process did not take into account the effects of uneven material. It is pointed out that the main factors affecting the measurement uncertainty of fracture toughness are the force and f (a / W) measurement error, of which the grade of the testing machine and the technical level of personnel are the main factors.
