　　Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and the treatment progress of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis(LAM).Methods A retrospective analysis of 97 cases of LAM was made,all the patients of which were diagnosed in Rui Jin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine as well as Xiangshan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.
