转炉钒渣钙化欠氧化焙烧工艺研究

  钙化焙烧是一种相对比较清洁的提钒工艺,实验考察了欠氧化焙烧下,焙烧温度、焙烧时间以及钙钒摩尔比对转炉钒渣酸浸过程中钒、铬浸出率的影响,并通过X 射线衍射,SEM 等检测方法对不同焙烧温度下转炉钒渣熟料的晶型和形貌进行了分析.实验结果表明,焙烧温度650℃,焙烧时间2 h,钙钒摩尔比0.55 时,焙烧熟料的钒浸出率达到89.00%,铬的浸出率达到12.64%.另外,适当提高焙烧温度有利于低价钒的氧化和焦钒酸钙的生成.
