目的: 在大肠癌及肺癌人类许多癌组织内，Cyclooxygenase(COX)的一种同分异构体COX-2过剩表达，发现其与癌的发生、侵润及转移密切相关.另外，侵润性胸腺瘤、胸腺类癌具有脏器侵润及转移的特性，与胸腺癌等恶性肿瘤一样预后不良，其分子生物学方面的不明点很多。文中对胸腺肿瘤组织的COX-2的表达状况进行免疫组织学评价，探讨其在胸腺肿瘤的侵润转移的分子生物学机制.方法: 过去10年间外科切除

方法: 过去10年间外科切除胸腺肿瘤的组织标本为对象，对石蜡切片应用抗人的COX-2抗体进行免疫染色，以血管内皮细胞COX-2的发现为内在性的阳性对照，考察肿瘤的中心部和边缘部COX-2的表达状况.
结果:几乎非侵润性胸腺瘤，肿瘤的中心部和边缘部COX-2呈弱阳性；与其相比侵润性胸腺瘤肿瘤边缘部COX-2较强发现，其中，在具有间质和脏器侵润的肿瘤细胞COX-2增强表达较明显；而胸腺类癌和胸腺癌，肿瘤的中心部和边缘部全部肿瘤细胞COX-2呈强阳性.
结论:具有向他脏器侵润的胸腺肿瘤其预后较差，本次采用免疫染色方法对其COX-2进行了比较研究，侵润性胸腺瘤，肿瘤的边缘部，特别是在侵润的肿瘤细胞，COX-2具有较强的发现，胸腺类癌及胸腺癌肿瘤全体呈强阳性.结果提示，对于胸腺发生的肿瘤，COX-2在诊断及治疗方面可能具有重要作用.
