小麦驯化与品种改良选择位点的初步分析

驯化与品种改良是作物进化的两个重要阶段,在全基因组水平揭示驯化与品种改良的位点的分布,对于作物改良的理论与应用都将具有重要的意义.我们利用Illumina小麦90KSNP 芯片对188份小麦野生种、80份小麦地方种与435份现代育成种进行了基因型分析,采用了4种方法检测选择性位点,取得如下结果:1、共发现了7,984 候选选择位点,占有效检测位点(3,4317)的23.3 %,远高于以往的报道;2、选择位点的多样性不仅有下降,而且有上升,更多的是不变.
