本文结合鞍钢2号高炉高富氧大量喷吹煤粉工业性冶炼试验,根据实验室与高炉风口取样等研究结果,分析了富氧鼓风条件下,风口区域煤粉的燃烧状况与其对高炉冶炼过程的影响。结果表明:(1)富氧鼓风后,煤粉在风口前燃烧明显改善,其燃烧率由普通鼓风60~70%提高到80%以上,炉内煤粉利用率达到95%;(2)风口回旋区缩小,边沿煤气流明显发展;(3)风口区氧势增强,氧化带向炉中心延伸,生铁含硅降低,铁水温度有所升高。
