新型声敏剂羟基乙酰化姜黄素介导的声动力治疗诱导THP-1巨噬细胞凋亡通路机制研究

目的:姜黄素是从中药姜黄等植物根茎中提取的化学成分,具有降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化的作用.本课题组已证实姜黄素作为声敏剂应用于声动力治疗.但姜黄素存在稳定性弱等缺点,因此本实验对姜黄素不稳定基团——羟基基团进行乙酰化修饰,使之更稳定.但羟基乙酰化姜黄素能否作为声敏剂用于声动力治疗还不明确,本实验的研究目的为验证羟基乙酰化姜黄素对THP-1来源的巨噬细胞是否有声动力疗效.
