　　Objectives: To evaluate the predictive accuracy of conization procedure for detecting pathologic variables found at radical hysterectomy (RH) specimens in stage Ⅰa2-Ⅰb1 (≤2cm) cervical cancer.Study Design: Medical records of patients who underwent conization procedure before RH for stage Ⅰa2-Ⅰb1 (≤ 2 cm)cervical cancer were retrospectively analyzed.Clinicopathological parameters in conization specimens were correlated with the final RH pathology.
