目的 To detect the expression levels of YKL-40 in lung tissues and the number of infiltrating inflammatory cells after mice were sensitized with OVA,the YKL-40miRNA lentiviral vector and YKL-40 lentivirus-based overexpression vector was instilled intratracheally,and further to investigate the role of YKL-40 on airway inflammation regulation in asthmatic mice.方法 In total,50 mice were randomized equally into five groups： A (normal controls),B (asthma model),C (mi-YKL-40),D(over-YKL-40) and E (negative control).
