高龄晚期非小细胞肺癌埃克替尼治疗的疗效及安全性分析

目的：探讨在65例高龄晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中埃克替尼的疗效和安全性。方法：经病理学或细胞学证实≥75岁的ⅢB-Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者，口服埃克替尼125mg每天3次，直至疾病进展或者出现严重不良反应，评价疗效及不良反应。
