In this reseacher,we use elementary school students alternative insect conceptions as blueprint to instruct 20 elementary school student-teachers in designing the POE digital video teaching materials,which can provide a reference in students school insect learning units.After designing the digital viedo materials,we use POE teaching proposition evaluation and E-learning materials quality evaluation to evaluate their design.The result shows that the student-teachers use ADDIE model to learn how to design a POE digital video teaching materials.The POE teaching materials can clarify students alternative conceptions of insects,which inclues representations of proposition knowledge,proposition,students alternative conceptions,image and video observation,forecasts,students explainetions,etc.The result shows their design might works well in teaching,the POE teaching proposition evaluation average score got 4.17 and the E-learning materials quality evaluation average score got 4.25 (totel score 5).In the end,we suggest that the student-teachers can use red marks to mark the focal point,add a user answer road map and a video speed control or storyboards and zoom in picture to faciltate the students when watching the videos.
