Introduction : To assess the image quality and radiation exposure of 640-slice coronary CT angiography using automatic exposure control system in comparison with body mass index (BMI)-adapted protocol.Method : Twenty-two patients (group A) underwent 640-slice coronary CT angiography using automatic exposure control system (SUREExposure): standard deviation value of 33 and the lowest possible tube voltage were used.
