Background: Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD),also known as sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy,is a rare benign histiocytic disease,which is confined mainly to cervical,but also other lymph nodes.Extranodal organs can also be involved,and the skin is the most commonly affected site.
