  Based on a angular tricarboxylate ligand [1,1′:3′,1″-terphenyl]-4,4″,5′-tricarboxylic acid(H3L),a novel copp er-organic framework [Cu2(L)(()3-OH)]n(1)has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by single crystal,powder X-ray diffraction,IR and thermogravimetric analyses.
