An amphiphilic thermo-sensitive comb-like copolymer, poly (D, L-lactide)-graft-pullulan (PL), can disperse and self-assemble into thermo-responsive nanoparticles which is available in controlled drug delivery system.A microwave-assisted solution polymerization was applied to synthetize PL in a monomode microwave reactor.Dynamic light scattering technique (DLS), and turbidity measurements using UV-VIS spectrophotometry were adopted to characterize the reversible thermo-sensitive properties of the amphiphilic copolymer.
