本文对 G20CrNi2MoA 钢的带状组织进行了较系统的探讨,初步认识到一、二次带状的对应关系;对电渣冶炼参数与一次带状的关系进行了试验,得出在一定范围内降低熔速、加大冷却速浓度能够减轻带状;热加工火次增加有利于带状级别降低,锻后入坑温度降低至 Ac_1 以下有利于改善带状分布;热处理除高温扩散退火外不能消除一次带状,但能改变二次带状的评级,退火温度越高,冷速越慢,带状级别明显升高,退火温度越低,冷速越快,带状级别降低。
