干扰肿瘤代谢途径的天然抗癌产物Bouchardatine的机制研究

  由于肿瘤具有不同于正常细胞的代谢特征,因此针对肿瘤代谢的关键蛋白进行定向的小分子干预,能在不影响正常细胞的情况下产生抗癌效果[1],是一种新的药物治疗策略。我们新近发现芸香科植物Rutaecae(Bouchardatia neurococca)中提取的天然降脂分子Bouchardatine(Bou)[2-3]可通过激活HCT116 细胞系中的SIRT1-PGC-1α-UCP2 通路,上调解偶联蛋白2,最终上调葡萄糖吸收和代谢及线粒体氧化能力,产生抗癌效果。
