Background The aim of the study is to study the mechanism of atorvastatin improving human coronary artery endothelial function.Methods First, we culture human coronary artery endothelial cells (HCAEs).Then, we divided HCAEs into 3 groups:(1) blank control group; (2) atorvastatin group: HCAEs were incubated with concentration of atorvastatin (1 μmol/L) for6 hours; (3) atorvastatin + mevalonate group: HCAEs were incubated with atorvastatin (1 μmol/L) and mevalonate (4μmol/L) for 6 hours.Then, the mRNA expression of IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and G-CSF were analyzed by RT-PCR; The protein expression of G-CSF were analyzed by Western blotting.
