Spores of Ganoderma lucidum contain a large amount of bioactive components, such as polysaccharides, lipids and have a higher bioactivity than the fruit bodies of G.lucidum.It was reported that there would obtained 24.82% yield of spore oil from sporoderm-broken spores of G.lucidum by Supersonic circulating extraction (SFE).But if crude spores was not superfine-pulverizated, the spores oil SFE yields only was 3.96% even under the optimal condition. So that, sporoderm-broken was a necessary technical step before SFE extraction and the endo-substance, such as lipids, was easily to be extracted. In our new research works, operational conditions were designed on 30MPa of extract pressure and 40℃of extract temperature, 25L/h of CO2 flux, 2.0h of extract time. And the spore lipids were collected from separator I(at 8 MPa and 45℃) with averaged yield of 24.16%, and essstional oils were collected from separator Ⅱ(at 5.0~5.5MPa, 32℃) with averaged yield of 0.64%, respectively.Chemical components of the spores lipids and essential oils were analysed by GC and GC-MS.
