社会救助责任主体的历史演进分析

随着社会、经济和对贫困认识等各方面的发展，社会救助的责任主体也发生着相应地变化。从历史演进来看，社会救助的责任主体经历了以下三个阶段，即个体责任阶段，过渡阶段，国家责任阶段。本文主要对社会救助责任主体演进的三个阶段，从相关理论、社会与经济形势、社会救助责任主体演进的相互关系及各阶段的特点进行分析与梳理。
