　　Transdermal release of doxycycline HC1, a broad-spectrum polar antibiotic of molecular weight 480.1 has been evaluated by three different transport mechanisms.First, a porous membrane-based aqueous-organic partitioning system was applied with or without a mouse skin.Successful release results were observed in both cases.
