The exploratory international nursing personnel's cultivating approaches and results in Heilongjiang Nursing College will be discussed in this article in three aspects: employment opportunities for nursing stuff, internationalized nursing educational processes and review on the issue.The difficulties confroted in the probing experiences will be discussed at the same time and some proposals will be preseted as referential suggestion for our nation's intemational health vocational education.
