Objective:Observing the change of artery blood lactic acid in operations of CHD for infant.To Investigate its value to the operations.Methods:From January 2007 to June 2007,there were one hundred and five cases CHD,including seventy-two male patients and thirty-three female patients.Their age ranged from 1 day to 3 years old.The type of the diseases includes:ASD,VSD,TOF,DORV and TGA.The artery blood was collected after anaesthesia and CPB begun 10min,30 min and 60min and CPB off.,also,4h,8h,24h,48h after the operation.The lactic and artery blood was observed continuously.
