汽车稳定杆失效分析

本文就某型号汽车稳定杆失效问题从生产过程调查入手,在对产品原材料、生产工序、金相组织、断口形貌等一手资料掌握的基础上,通过对标准样品机械性能实验、人工缺陷产品和表面无缺陷库存产品的疲劳试验,再现了与失效产品相似的断口形貌,初步认定产品热处理后塑性不足和冷校正分别是导致产品失效的内部和外部因素.针对产品服役条件,从材料、金相组织、断口形貌、第一类回火脆性、缺口敏感性和工艺改进、返工可能性等多方位进行了讨论,嗣后又对讨论内容进行验证,肯定了原先对产品失效原因的判定,并且提出了工艺改进方案.
