目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者血清细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的水平变化及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测68例AOPP患者第1天、第3天、第5天和恢复期(12~14d)及64例正常健康体检者血清ICAM-1的水平变化。结果AOPP在第1天的ICAM-1含量最高,与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);第3天、第5天的ICAM-1仍持续较高水平,与正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),恢复期ICAM-1组和正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AOPP患者在住院5d内ICAM-1:轻度组与中度组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与重度组比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01);中度组与重度组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。AOPP病情越重,血清ICAM-1水平越高。结论血清ICAM-1参与了AOPP的病理过程,且与中毒程度相关,具有统计学意义。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP). Methods The levels of serum ICAM-1 in 68 patients with AOPP on day 1, day 3, day 5 and recovery (12 ~ 14 days) and 64 healthy controls were measured by ELISA. Results The level of ICAM-1 in AOPP was the highest on day 1, with significant difference compared with that in control group (P <0.01). On the third and fifth days, ICAM-1 still maintained a high level. Compared with normal control group There was no significant difference between ICAM-1 group and normal control group in recovery stage (P> 0.05); ICAM-1: mild group There was significant difference between the moderate group and the severe group (P <0.05). The difference between the moderate group and the severe group was also statistically significant (P <0.01). The difference between the moderate group and the severe group was statistically significant (P <0.01). The more severe the AOPP condition, the higher the serum ICAM-1 level. Conclusion Serum ICAM-1 is involved in the pathological process of AOPP, and is related to the degree of poisoning, with statistical significance.
