通过对软土地基处理中的原蛙式打夯机的周期运动分析,找到其工作噪音大、操作人员劳动强度大的原因。利用电动机带动成对偏心块作相反方向等角速度的转动,使它们所产生的水平向离心力相互抵消,从而减小工作时的噪音,减轻工人的劳动强度。另外,在蛙式打夯机底盘上安装滚轮,可以改善其行走的灵活性。所进行的改造具有结构简单、易于制造的特点,有较好的工程机械应用前景。
By analyzing the periodic motion of the original frog ramming machine in the treatment of soft soil foundation, the causes of large working noise and high labor intensity of the operator are found out. Using the motor to drive the pair of eccentric blocks to rotate in the opposite direction at the same angular speed, the horizontal centrifugal force generated by them cancel each other out, so as to reduce the noise at work and reduce the labor intensity of workers. In addition, mounting the rollers on the frog ram chassis improves the flexibility of the walk. The transformation carried out has the characteristics of simple structure and easy manufacture, and has good application prospects of construction machinery.
