  Cancer metastases caused by the circulating tumor cells(CTCs)is main reason in recurrence of cancer,which had also result in 90%of cancer death and the tendency to decrease of this situation didnt show significant changes(1).Simultaneously,there is an estimated 4.29 million new cancer deaths and 2.81million cancer deaths were occur in China in 2015(2).We sought to ascertain a role for abortifacient TCM M.paniculata in prevention of cancer metastasis(3).This study found that HAM,a flavonoid glycoside,extract from traditional abortion Chinese medicine Murraya paniculata to effective in tumor metastases through inhibits IL-6-induced epithelial to mesenchymal transition in A549 via attenuations of COX-2 by inhibitions of STAT3 and NF-κB signal pathways.
