The dough strength and starch properties play an important role in determining wheat quality.In the present study,a recombinant inbred line(RIL) population derived from a cross of Gaocheng 9801 and Zhoumai 16 was used to identify QTL and linked molecular markers related to dough strength and starch pasting properties by evaluating Mixograph,RVA and Mixolab parameters.
