抓好企业管理,重在抓好财务管理。而抓好财务管理重在抓好资金管理。作为集团公司应当建立资金结算中心,对资金实行集中管理,以增强整个集团的竞争力,促进整个集团的发展。但从现实的情况看,资金集中后,相当部分集团公司资金运作不规范,如挪用资金结算中心的资金进行盲目投资,盲目给内部企业发放贷款,资金结算中心与内部企业之间长期不对账不清算,导致资金中途被挪用等,如不加强对结算中心的资金管理,资金结算中心将存在着很大的风险。因此,应从完善管理制度,规范资金运作,加强资金信息管理,多元化选择合作银行,加强资本运营等措施,来防范资金结算中的风险。
Do a good job of business management, focusing on financial management. While focusing on financial management, we must focus on managing funds. As a group company, it should establish a fund settlement center and implement centralized management of funds so as to enhance the competitiveness of the entire group and promote the development of the entire group. However, judging from the reality, after the funds are concentrated, a considerable part of the funds of the group companies are not standardized, such as the misappropriation of funds from the funds settlement center for blind investment, blindly granting loans to internal companies, and long-term non-reconciliations between fund settlement centers and internal companies. Liquidation will cause funds to be misappropriated in the middle, and if there is no strengthening of fund management for the settlement center, there will be great risks in the fund settlement center. Therefore, measures such as improving the management system, standardizing the operation of funds, strengthening fund information management, diversifying co-operative banks, and strengthening capital operations should be taken to prevent risks in fund settlement.
