Sandwich structured composite panel can be adopted as an automotive structure part to reduce the weight by the roll forming machine.The objective of this study is to predict the failures caused by forces and deformation during the roll forming process, such as separation of skin sheet and core, tensile failure of skin sheet and compressive fracture of core by CAE simulation and measures are prepared.
