Objects:To report a case of spontaneous tubal pregnancy co-existing with caesarean scar pregnancy that was treated via laparoscopy and curettage.Methods:A 33-year-old pregnant female,gravida 3 para 1,was sent to our hospital due to lower abdominal pain.Transvaginal ultrasound revealed a gestational sac at the site of previous cesarean scar,as well as a heterogenous lesion in front of right ovary.Results:The patient was diagnosed with caesarean scar pregnancy and co-existing tubal pregnancy.Consequently,an emergency laparoscopy and curettage was performed.Conclusions:Tubal pregnancy co-existing with caesarean scar pregnancy is rare.Eady,accurate diagnosis and treatment for this kind of ectopic pregnancy can lead to a decrease of maternal morbidity and mortality.
