目的：使用短时程脊髓电刺激治疗带状疱疹后神经痛4例患者分析.方法：4例带状疱疹后神经痛患者,无禁忌证,通过经皮硬膜外植入8触点电极进行短时程(7日)电刺激治疗.结果：4例患者3男1女,年龄跨度63到82岁,平均73岁,病程分别为3月,4月,1年,1年,疼痛平面3人为T7-10,1人为L3-S1.通过短时程电刺激治疗NRS评分由术前7.28±1.34分降至术后7天2.35±1.34分,无相关并发症.
