碳纤维增强复合材料薄壁圆管轴向准静态压溃吸能特性研究

  碳纤维薄壁结构因重量轻、比吸能高,而被广泛用作能量吸收结构。为了充分揭示CFRP薄壁构件的吸能特性与失效机理,本文通过实验研究了2D平纹编织碳纤维薄壁圆管的纤维铺层数、长径比以及压溃触发角等不同因素在轴向准静态压溃下对失效模式和吸能特性的影响。实验结果表明所有试件都从一端开始以渐进压溃模式进行破坏失效,失效模式可分为弹性变形和渐进压溃变形两个阶段。
