患者女,26岁,因妊娠38+3周入院待产,血压:122/72 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133kPa),尿蛋白(-),全身无明显水肿.因右眼视力下降伴视物变形1d请我科会诊.检查见右眼视力:0.5,左眼视力:1.0,直接眼底镜检查右眼黄斑区有一横椭圆形、境界清楚视网膜神经上皮浅脱离区,脱离区色泽较暗,中心凹反射消失;Amsler表检查右眼有相对中心暗点;光相干断层扫描(OCT)检查可见黄斑区神经

患者女,26岁,因妊娠38+3周入院待产,血压:122/72 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133kPa),尿蛋白(-),全身无明显水肿.因右眼视力下降伴视物变形1d请我科会诊.检查见右眼视力:0.5,左眼视力:1.0,直接眼底镜检查右眼黄斑区有一横椭圆形、境界清楚视网膜神经上皮浅脱离区,脱离区色泽较暗,中心凹反射消失;Amsler表检查右眼有相对中心暗点;光相干断层扫描(OCT)检查可见黄斑区神经上皮隆起,其下液体呈无反射信号的液性暗区.2天后顺利分娩1健康男婴,产后第3天自觉右眼视力好转,复查视力恢复至1.0,黄斑病变完全消失,中心凹反射恢复.诊断:妊娠期中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变.
