新型环氧树脂固化剂快速加固松软沙滩的机理与试验研究

  从应急交通保障需求入手,在分析固化剂加固松软土壤现状的基础上,提出了利用新型水下环氧树脂固化剂快速固化松软沙滩的新思路,并对水下环氧树脂固化剂快速加固松软沙滩的强度形成机理进行了理论分析。通过室内力学性能试验,分析了这种固化剂加固松软沙滩时的强度与凝胶时间的对比关系。结果 表明,水下环氧树脂固化剂可以有效排除沙滩中的水分,促使环氧树脂快速形成网状立体结构,并将沙土颗粒包裹在网状体之中,提高松软沙滩的快速通行能力,满足应急交通保障行动中的时效性要求。
