目的 世界卫生组织肿瘤流行病学调查显示，全球胃癌年发病人数达100 万，其中40％的病例发生在中国，中国已成为胃癌发病重灾区。鉴于当前缺乏较好的早期筛查手段，绝大多数胃癌患者就诊时已达中晚期、甚至丧失了手术治疗时机。
目的 总结我科收治1 例腹腔结核疑为胃癌患者的诊治经验，以期为类似病例的临床诊断及治疗提供参考和借鉴。方法 回顾性分析2017 年我科收治的1 例腹腔结核疑为胃癌患者的临床诊断及治疗相关资料，同时检索并复习Pubmed、Web of Science、中国知网以及万方数据库所有公开发表的关于腹腔结核误诊为胃癌及其他肿瘤的文章。
目的 本文回顾性分析胃癌患者的肿瘤生物学特性、治疗方式及近期效果，探讨适合胃癌患者的治疗方式。方法 本文收集1965 年8 月至2015 年7 月在我院确诊胃癌的患者19812 例，根据治疗方式及术后病理分为非手术治疗组、早期胃癌组及进展期胃癌组，并进行回顾性分析：1、胃癌患者的肿瘤生物学特征；2、胃癌患者的治疗方式；3、胃癌患者的近期治疗效果等指标。
