造纸污泥制备可降解纸基地膜的研究

  利用废弃竹制浆污泥、杨树木材纤维和粘胶纤维制备可降解农用纸基地膜.通过正交试验对抄造工艺进行优化设计,采用湿法非织造工艺,制得可自然降解的农用地膜,并对其主要物理力学性能进行测试.结果表明:在面密度30 g/m2、污泥含量10%,胶液PVA浓度4%的工艺条件下制得的地膜具有良好的物理力学性能,其撕裂度为60.00N,耐破度为220.65kPa,抗拉强度为46.10N,渗水性为153Pa,降解率达到56.18%,能够满足农用地膜要求,可用于农业生产.
