  Titanium-containing mesoporous silicas have attracted much attention in the past decades have shown excellent activities in various oxidation reactions under mild conditions.However, those the catalysts were found to deactivate rapidly as a result of tetrahedrally coordinated titanium species leaching.Recently, several post-synthesis methods have been investigated to improve the stability of the tetrahedrally titanium species in order to avoid titanium polymerization or leaching by using acetylacetone as coordinating ligands [1, 2] or via grafting triethanolaminate isopropoxide precursor onto amorphous framework silica[3].
