  Aiming at problem of photoelectric efficiency declining due to temperature rising of photovoltaic cell for laser power beaming,a method of improving photoelectric efficiency based on the temperature feedback control is proposed.Firstly,photoelectric efficiency model and MATLAB/Simulation model are established,and variation of photoelectric efficiency and laser power density,photoelectric efficiency and temperature are analyzed.Then,relationship between optimum temperature,optimum laser power density and the highest photoelectric efficiency is obtained without considering external cooling device and load on the power requirements.
