  The wetting, spreading and drying of nanofluid sessile droplets on a patterned solid surface are investigated systematically in terms of liquid property and surface temperature.The patterned nickel surface is characterized with circular and rectangular pillars.The fabrication of mold is carried out by the standard photolithography followed by deep reactive-ion etching (DRIE) process.The mold is subsequently used in a reverse mould process for pillar structures.
